Refund Policy

Subject to changes at any time without notice. 

All homoeopathic consultations and sound therapy sessions are carried out to the highest possible standard; however, if outcomes do not meet patients' expectations and they are unhappy with the consultation, we emphatically welcome your feedback and comments. However, as with any medical consultation, there is no guarantee of the outcome, and we do not offer any refunds on this basis. 

 

Our returns policy fully complies with UK Distance Selling Regulations. If you buy from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund or replacement goods if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This excludes homoeopathic remedies and consultancy; these remedies are made up specifically for each patient and personalised according to case analysis; thus, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds should one wish to return the remedies on arrival. 

Once posted, if the remedies arrived damaged or tampered with in the mail, a new set of remedies would be sent out within 24 hours; however, a refund is not possible. 

 

Supplements 

Supplements are temperature controlled and are perishable if not stored correctly, thus, refunds or exchanges are not accepted on these products. 

Cancellations 

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment before 24 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a 50% refund. If you forget your appointment or do not turn up, you will not receive a refund.
